The CAIE program is split into Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary Programs. The Lower Secondary Program is for students from Grade VI to Grade VIII, while the Upper Secondary Program caters to students from Grade IX to Grade XII.
Cambridge Lower Secondary sets clear learning objectives for the first three years of secondary education in English as a first or second language, mathematics, science Cambridge Global Perspectives and ICT Starters. Cambridge Upper Secondary builds on the foundations of Cambridge Lower Secondary, although learners do not need to complete that stage before this one.
