DaanUtsav – The Joy of Giving

Kindness took center stage as Meru International School celebrated DaanUtsav – The Joy of Giving! Students from EY1 to Grade 10 came together with heartfelt enthusiasm to spread festive cheer through acts of compassion and sharing.

The initiative encouraged students to contribute groceries, stationery, snacks, and hygiene items, which were thoughtfully donated to the children of Aveksha — a collaborative initiative by Meru International School, My Home Group, and COWE (Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs).

The spirit of giving shone brightly across the campus as young Meruvians learned that true celebration lies in bringing joy to others. Through DaanUtsav, Meru reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing empathy, gratitude, and social responsibility — values that go beyond classrooms and into the hearts of its learners.
