World Environment Day

Meru International School observed World Environment Day with a unique and engaging courtroom-style session that brought environmental issues to the forefront. Students stepped into the roles of lawyers, witnesses, and judges to debate real-world climate challenges—bringing the urgency of environmental responsibility to life in an interactive format.

The event concluded on a hopeful and action-oriented note, with students taking a powerful Sustainability Pledge—committing to making greener choices in their everyday lives. Adding to the spirit of the day, students also planted saplings and named them, symbolizing their personal commitment to nurture and protect the planet.
